Synchronizing Web-Enabled Files Automatically Automatic synchronization synchronizes any changes made to your web-enabled files whenever CardScan is running and your PC is connected to the Internet. Also, once enabled, automatic synchronization signs you in to AtYourService whenever you open CardScan. TIP: You can avoid being prompted to enter your password every time automatic synchronization signs you in. To do so, choose Remember my password on the 'AtYourService Sign In' dialog. Automatic Synchronization is turned on by default. You can turn it off or modify its settings. To change the settings, follow these steps:
Know when a contact’s email address is invalid. By using CardScan At Your Service™ updating feature, you not only make sure all of your contact information is up to date it also marks any invalid email address within your CardScan® database. Icons Indicating Status of Updates When the AtYourService updates are enabled, CardScan communicates the status of updates with these icons: By default, the status of updates is displayed next to the "Verified" status. You can customize the list to remove the status of updates or to move it to a different location. You can also sort the contacts by the status of AtYourService updates. CardScan displays the up-to-date contacts first, followed by contacts with available updates, then the contacts whose email addresses are invalid or not in service.
