Abnormal program termination
This happens when AccuCard for Outlook is installed, and a Restricted User logs into Windows and launches Outlook. AccuCard for Outlook automatically loads the 'Software Updates' to keep your system up to date with the latest version of the software, and Restricted Users do not have permissions to install.

1. Click 'Ok' to dismiss the error
2. From the AccuCard service Menu in Outlook or from the System tray icon, click on 'Settings'
3. Click on the 'Reminders' Tab
4. Uncheck the option uder 'Software Updates'
