ERROR MESSAGE

The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an outlook form instead. The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator..

CAUSE

Outlook caches temporary files for custom forms locally on your hard drive. Please use the follow steps to fix this issue. This may happen occasionally, you may need to repeat these steps in the future.

SOLUTION

Follow these steps to resolve this issue:

1. Open Outlook

2. Tools -> Options -> Other -> Advanced Options -> Custom Forms -> Manage Forms

3. Click 'clear cache'

4. Click 'Ok'
