How do I stop emails from being sent to my contacts?.
Disabling the AccuCard service does not stop emails from being sent on
your behalf to your contacts, it only stops the notifications on your
desktop PC. In order to completely stop this process, you MUST uninstall
the service, or manually exclude the contacts in your contact folder by
accessing your AccuCard service Settings.
1. Go to the AccuCard service menu in your Outlook toolbar.
2. Select 'Settings'
3. Click 'Select Contacts'
4. De-Select the contacts you wish to exclude from receiving emails to update their contact information on your behalf.
