How do I reinstall AccuCard for Outlook if I don’t have access to my previous email address?

SOLUTION

Follow these steps to resolve this issue:


1. Install the Free Trial from http://www.cardscan.com/products/accucard.asp

2. Accept 1 update

3. Call CardScan Customer Service at 800-942-6739x2 or email at customer_service@cardscan.com and notify them of the changes, you will need the following information:

Old Subscription:

First Name

Last Name

Email address

Credit Card number & expiration

New Subscription:

First Name

Last Name

Email address

Credit Card number & expiration
