30-day Money Back Guarantee Returns



If you would like to return your CardScan product under our 30-day money back guarantee, please follow the instructions below to obtain a refund:

Step 1

Call our Customer Service department directly at +442035648354. They will ask you for a proof of purchase, either a receipt from your retailer or the date of your purchase from the CardScan website.


Step 2

Once our customer service department has verified your purchase and purchase price, they will provide you with instructions on how to return your CardScan unit to our facilities.


Step 3

Once we have received your CardScan product, we will issue you a refund in the amount of your purchase price (shipping charges are not refunded).




Warranty/ Technical Service Returns



If your scanner is malfunctioning you need to follow the procedures below to obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) to have your scanner replaced under the warranty guidelines:

Step 1
Contact our Technical Support hotline at +442035648354 or email technical support detailing the problems you are experiencing.

No replacement will be authorized until our Technical Support department troubleshoots the problem and deems the scanner defective.
Step 2
Once our Technical Support department deems the scanner defective you will need to provide our Customer Service department with a proof of purchase so we can determine if your scanner is still under warranty.* (see warranty note below)

If you purchased the scanner directly from CardScan:
Call our Customer Service department directly at +442035648354. They can locate your proof of purchase in the database under the last name of the person who purchased the unit.

If your warranty has expired or you cannot provide proof of purchase:
Contact Customer Service at +442035648354 for other options that may be available to you.
Step 3
Providing your scanner is under warranty, our Customer Service department will assign a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number along with shipping instructions (where, when and how to return your defective scanner). This will come to you via email if you have provided us with an email address, otherwise Customer Service will call you with the information.
Step 4
Once we receive your defective scanner at our warehouse, a replacement unit of the same model will be shipped to you free of charge. You will receive your new CardScan unit within 5-8 business days after receipt of your defective scanner.

* The warranty period is two years from the purchase date. Your proof of purchase determines your warranty coverage. Please note that we do not offer repair services on our scanners, nor do we sell component parts for our scanners.
