Lost Serial Number

Your software serial number is needed to install or reinstall the CardScan software.

If you cannot locate your CardScan Software serial number, please follow the instructions below to obtain a serial number.

Please choose your scanner model from one of the drop-down menus below.

The scanner model is typically located on the bottom of your CardScan scanner.


Then enter your CardScan Scanner serial number in the space below to receive a serial number that can be used to install the CardScan Software Version that originally came with your scanner. The scanner serial number is located on the bottom of your CardScan scanner, typically on a white sticker.
