Q: What action do I take if I have a scanner that I think is defective or malfunctioning?

A: If you believe that your scanner is not working properly, you must first contact the Technical Support department at 617-492-4200 x2. A Technical Support Representative will troubleshoot your scanner, and if deemed defective, will provide you with a reference number and refer you to the Customer Service department for replacement options.
