Q: I am trying to install or upgrade the CardScan software and have lost my software serial number. I may have registered my serial number.

A: Please contact Customer Service at 1.800.640.6944. Customer Service will be able to verify if you have registered your software. If you did register, Customer Service will be able to provide you with your serial number.
