Q: How can I transfer information into my CRM/SFA system? (For US and Canadian customers only)

A: If you use Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics CRM, CardScan will force you to transfer data into your CRM/SFA system if you want to save the information. The CardScan software does not have its own database in this case to store contact data. You can work offline and transfer when you are connected, but once the data is transferred it will be removed from CardScan’s temporary database.
