The DYMO File™ Difference
DYMO File™ software features patent -pending barcode scanning technology, which automates the scanning and filing process.
DYMO File™ creates and prints a unique barcode for each document when the user specifies the document name, folder location and file type desired (such as PDF, or Microsoft® Word). The user then scans the entire stack of paper, with barcodes, in one batch. DYMO File™ automatically places each digital file into the folder specified with the name chosen and file type desired – all in one step.
